Living a healthy lifestyle can sometimes be overwhelming. I'm here to make it simple. I want to help you build good habits, educate on  well-rounded living, cut the excuses and bullsh*t, and become your most confident, healthy selves. Working out changed my life for the better so I became a CPT because I want everyone to feel as good as I do. When you work with me, you'll get specific, personalized programs that work around YOU. We'll make it as easy as possible so there's no room for excuses. You'll get frequent check-ins, an accountability partner, and some tough love or a cheerleader - whatever you need!

FLEX

This workout only program is great for those who are looking for guidance and support in the gym . For $100 per month you'll get personalized workout programs that help to reach your goals. We'll prioritize strength training and cardio - Weekly check-ins and monthly recap calls with me are also included. You'll be able to reach out to me anytime for advice or help with your workouts. I'll be your personal accountability partner and cheerleader!

VITAL

This nutrition only program is perfect for those who do the work but need the extra push when it comes to the kitchen. For $100 per month you'll get personalized macros for your goals, a meal tracking software, and a list of great go-to's for whole foods + meals. You'll also be able to reach out to me anytime for advice. I'm here to help you reach your goals, educate you, and find a balance within your lifestyle.

THRIVE

This program combines both the  Flex workouts + Vital nutrition for the ultimate lifestyle program! For $150 per month you'll get everything included in the Flex & Vital programs plus accountability and help with your overall way of life. From sleep to bad habits, we'll work towards transforming your entire lifestyle. You'll practice balance, becoming well-rounded and getting in great shape!

SELF-LED PROGRAMS

Start strong with Base - self-guided gym programs built for consistency, confidence, and real results, no coaching required. Programs I built myself for those who don't necessarily need a full time trainer, know their way around a gym, but just want a plan to follow. Explore the options I offer for varying equipment access, time commitments, and experience levels!

I am also a photographer. 

I have a mini golden doodle I am obsessed with. 

My favorite show of all time is 'Friends'.

I love chocolate but don't care for sour/sugary candy.

About your trainer

My journey began when I ran in highschool with my dad and played sports. I began lifting in college and have been consistently working out for about 5 years now. I started running again in 2023 and have since ran 3 half marathons, a 10K, and a full marathon! I have found such a passion for fitness, and wellness in general and can't wait to share it with others!
